Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

All class registrations are final. We do not offer refunds on course purchases.

Can't make your class? Contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled class date and we will transfer your registration to a future class — your payment becomes a credit toward that class.

• Reschedule requests made less than 7 days before the class date, and no-shows, are not eligible for transfer or credit.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the original class date.
• If Hard Skill Transfer cancels a class for any reason (weather, range closure, etc.), you choose: transfer to the next available date or a full credit.
