Attended the October 24th class with Hard Skill Transfer. Great group of shooters, excellent location, and a well-organized course from start to finish.
The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. What stood out most was the immediate feedback. He was quick to identify issues, explain what needed to change, and help make corrections on the spot. No wasted time or just burning through ammo. Every drill had a purpose.
Good pace throughout the day, solid instruction, and a great group of like-minded people there to train and improve. No egos, no BS, just quality training.
Definitely walked away a better shooter. Highly recommend Hard Skill Transfer and will absolutely be back.

The course was taught at a steady pace, where I have enough time to process the information that was presented, no where I felt neglected by the instructor due to higher number of students versus instructor ratios. The instructor taught practical skills that relate to being a better operator.
From details to the weapons attachment to the thought process of a dynamic situation. The instructor was able to teach us in all aspects in his wealth of knowledge.
Most importantly all of us enjoy the instructor's class due to his passion to teach and his dedication to his craft.
Highly recommend this class, for those who are considering.

The guys at HST are solid. They provide appropriately paced training applicable to a wide range of skill levels. The instructors initially focus on the fundamentals and establishing a wide base so students have a strong foundation to build upon. Students are provided opportunities to ask questions and are met with patient and well thought out answers. Live demonstrations of all skills and drills are conducted by the instructor and students are encouraged to push themselves while adhering to the rules of firearms safety.
These courses are not static. You do not spend the whole day standing still, in a line, shooting paper. They include a variety of area to include:
• Movement • Use of Cover • Low Light Techniques • Weapons Manipulation • Vehicle Tactics • Equipment Layout • Philosophy of Use
I have taken many courses with the instructors over the last few years and I always learn something new. These courses are not "let's show up and press the trigger and shoot all our ammo". These courses provide a student the opportunity to get time utilizing their firearms and gear while emphasizing the importance of quality repetition to develop a skill set.

I took his full day course from 9am to 11pm. The way he laid out the course made it so information was very easy to digest throughout the entire day and even when we took breaks I felt like I was constantly learning and absorbing knowledge.
